A simple way to think about a business plan.

Don’t overthink it.

My speciality is helping coaches create authentic products, marketing and brands. We usually begin with a business plan. Here’s a cool way to sketch out your first one. Remember, it’s about you creating VALUE for the world.

WHO DO YOU WANT TO HELP?

  • Decide who you’re targeting and define their characteristics.

    • Age

    • Location

    • Profession

    • Issues that they have

    • How they’d define themselves

    • Etc.

WHY WOULD THEY TRADE MONEY FOR YOUR EXPERTISE?

  • What is their pain/desire and how do you solve it?

  • How is your approach more tailored to them?

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

  • Decide what the value is. You might adjust this over time. Don’t overprice. Don’t underprice.

  • Just decide it. Then build in enough value to the product to make it worth the price.

HOW WILL YOU DELIVER IT?

  • Is it a digital product?

  • A service?

  • A group coaching course?

  • A 1-on-1 course?

  • etc.

That is all you need to have a simple, effective business plan.

A 3-hour deep dive can be broken up into 2 parts– Coaching + Consulting.

I’d love to help you get the creative results you’re looking for. I offer 3-hour deep dives so we can dig into the problem and emerge with solutions.

I typically break them up into Coaching– “tell me what’s going on and what’s wrong and why you think it’s that way” and Consulting– “now let’s decide what we’re going to do about it.”
