Holiday at Home | Pistachio Thumbprint Cookies

DSCF3119-2.jpg

Hey friends!

I’ve been having a blast this year cooking and baking so much more than in years past! I found this cookie from Claire Saffitz’s new book– Dessert Person. They’re so good, and not too sweet.

And you first make them by customizing a Vanilla Sablé Dough–it’s like shortbread and it can be used in a million ways! So, make a bunch in all different flavors–roll in crushed peppermint sticks, dip in chocolate, or mix in some dried fruit and nuts.

Grab the recipe HERE.

Happy Holiday,
