To find the way, you must first find you.

Confused, ready for change, unsure what to do. This describes most of my clients when they first find me. And the first step we take? I help them find themselves.

Facts & Feelings– how to fight fairly. (8).png

You only need the tiniest spark to start a fire. Don’t forget that.

You don’t need the entire picture to being to take steps toward a life of more _______________________. I leave that blank because it’s really up to you to decide what you want more of in your life. It doesn’t matter what anyone else has to say.

This is YOUR life.

Your ONE life.

And instead of that weighing on you, let’s let it excite you. Spark you to really live how you want. To dream and take action.

The way we find out what’s next is by connecting you back to self– in a few ways.

We begin to pay attention to the voices inside. The ones that tell you things that make you feel terrible. And the ones that make you feel great.

We understand where you live right now.

Lackluster.

Excited.

Anxious.

Tired.

Overwhelmed.

Sad.

Joyful.

Content.

Comfortable.

Everyone has a different Emotional Set Point at any given time– and it’s the key to unlocking your own internal guidance system.

I love this quote by a student in this Spring’s cohort– “ I want to feel the sun on my face in the middle of the day.”

Here’s where that thought can take her, if she believes that desire is important enough to pay attention to.

  • She can find relief in finally acknowledging that’s what she truly wants.

  • She can approach her days with more self insight- continuing to find even more of what she wants.

  • She can choose to build a career that allows her to be in the sun when she wants– what this quote meant for her is that she doesn’t want to feel she can’t step away and enjoy the world when she wants.

  • She can stay in her job and set up a solution that allows her to have what she wants.

  • She can leave her job.

  • She can know 100% that she will find her way, if she begins to listen to the voice deep down.

  • She can redefine who she believes she is– she can go from lost / confused to found. And this happened in just one session.

  • She can feel what it feels like to know yourself versus feeling that you don’t know yourself.

  • She can step into Embodied Ownership of her life instead of feeling at the mercy of it.

So much can happen from just one thought.

Let’s find yours.
