When you have a desire to create congruence within all of your digital spaces you’ve gotta start with your brain first. That’s why it’s cool that I’m a coach, too! I studied at The Life Coach School and have been practicing since mid-2016. I love designing as a partnership with passionate coaches and thought leaders and helping them see where they’re missing opportunities to create even more impact in the world (and more revenue in their own businesses). I only work with a handful of coaches per year on this work, and my schedule renews each January. I’d love to work alongside you as your creative partner to help your work reach more people.

This program is intended to take 12 months, and over the course of that time, we will establish a yearly plan to hit all your marketing and content goals. Before you hire a full-time marketing employee, we can get your business organized, streamlined, on-point and ready for someone (or you) to take over in the most efficient and inspired ways.

Monthly creative upgrades. Weekly meetings. Day by day, your business and content will get more and more aligned with your established goals. I want to assure you that this process is SIMPLE, FUN, and STARTS IMMEDIATELY. No more complicated anything. You’ll leave the complicated stuff to me.

We start foundationally by understanding what’s most important to you, and by establishing a visual direction that you love and that will also resonate with your clients. We also set yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly financial goals to help your business up to speed, too.

• A partner to help you refine, un-confuse and simply get your most authentic work out to the world.

  • I find that having someone to talk with about our passions helps us uncomplicate our message and establish a foundation for truly effective copywriting.

• A Design Professional to help you easily and effectively translate this work to marketing and digital.

  • I am a graphic designer, copywriter, product designer, brand developer and website designer. I bring all that to our partnership.

• A 12-month plan to go from where you are now to a more confident, clear, well-planned behind the scenes marketing effort.

  • After 12 months of working like this you will have set a foundation for a very structured and organized way of operating your business that will help you, co-founders, employees and collaborators to work in sync with your business and personal goals.

• Essential learning about your brand, business and offerings that helps you narrow in on ideal audience, ideal messaging and ideal products to support your financial and growth goals.

  • We will be analyzing what’s working, as well as refining messaging, products and launch plans to make them more and more effective.

• Weekly Marketing Meetings to help you strategize and create a plan for the week ahead.

  • Each week, we’ll have a quick meeting to get you aligned with the goals we established in our monthly meeting.

• Monthly Design Meetings that structure the monthly work ahead.

  • Based on a 12-month schedule, we will plan out our milestones together.

  • I will stay on this schedule, and kindly request that we do not shift around our monthly design goals.

• Quarterly Goal-Setting Meetings that set up your Quarterly financial, product and design goals.

  • Your marketing efforts will be decided upon based on what products you plan to offer and what runway you believe you’ll need for launch, promotion, and sales. I’ll be helping you think through and make decisions.

• A Constantly-Growing Unique-to-You Marketing Library

  • Filled with all the photography and design that I create, you’ll also draw on this library to create (and then store) your own content.

  • A Canva Workspace– I will be creating all of your work in a shared Canva Workspace so that you always have access to your own marketing and can tweak, copy and use as necessary.

• 12-month Bonus

  • At the end of the 12 months, you’ll get a really impactful bonus– a 25-page PDF that acts as sort of an encyclopedia of your business. It will be filled with photos, words, phrases, product descriptions, growth goals, financial snapshots (month / product / customer), company vision and mission and will be the foundation for your next 3 years.

HERE’S WHAT CREATIVE PARTNERSHIP IS NOT

• An employee.

  • Though I am working on your business, I am not operating as an employee. All of our work is decided within monthly meetings and is dictated by our larger 1-year plan. You are still (as you always will be) responsible for working toward your own financial goals. Though I am here to help you and upgrade the client experience, that doesn’t mean that I am now responsible for your marketing results.

• Unlimited problem-solving and design.

  • You WILL always have ideas and thoughts for new work in between our meetings. I want you to know you CAN take action on creating that work, and you will have the confidence to do so as we begin working together. I love hearing about everything that is inspiring you and we’ll develop a place for you to ‘capture’ these breakthrough ideas and thoughts to provide our meetings with even more clarity.

• An on-demand marketing / design employee.

  • Design requests do not come with this project. What that means is that we have a plan and have already determined our scope of work together in our first session, and then in more detail in our Quarterly and Monthly Planning Meetings. Our schedule and goals are set up in those meetings and anything beyond that scope will be considered out-of-scope. Of course you can request work, and I will do my best to accommodate requests, however that option isn’t even available until we’ve completed 3 months of foundational work together. Design requests that don’t fall into the scope of our work will be offered at $150/hr, but rates are subject to change when our yearly contract renews. You will of course be notified of the rate increase when it goes into effect.

• Emergency crisis business coaching calls.

  • I am always here for you! But if it’s my design or professional mind that you’re hoping to get access to, instead of Steph as a Friend, then these calls will be considered Business Calls. These sorts of calls can be booked when needed for $500 for a 1-hour call and I will for the most part be available within 24 hours, if not sooner.
